About our speaker
Renata Zilse is UX Manager, Samsung Research. Renata graduated as a designer with a Master’s degree focusing on User Experience and has expertise in design research, service design, information architecture, natural user interaction and experiences for interactive systems.
Renata is always passionate for people: what they do (or not), how they do, what they expect. She loves activating insights by converting qualitative messy data into valuable information for ideation cycles. Her focus is on the right question, planning and applying design ethnography, to understanding what is meaningful for people and the company. In her work Renata seeks to build the bridge of empathy between users and audience. She motivates her team to engage partners and to beyond the obvious and seek for what nobody is looking. These are the keys for the innovation.
